You do not need to redesign your logo. Simply place your existing logo in the center of a square 500 × 500 px canvas and enlarge it so it fills as much of the space as possible without being cropped.

Avoid excessive blank or transparent space around your logo. Extra padding can cause your logo to appear very small in job listings.

You can use a free image tool such as Canva or Adobe Express to create a 500 × 500 px image and place your existing logo inside it.

If your finished file is larger than 200 KB, a free image-compression tool such as TinyPNG can reduce the file size while maintaining image quality.

Yes, you can manage and edit your active job listings at any time through your employer account dashboard.

1. Log in to your account via the My Account page.
2. Navigate to your active listings or dashboard manager.
3. Select the job you wish to modify, make your updates, and save changes.

When submitting a job posting, you provide a designated application email address or external application URL.

• Email Applications: Job seekers' application materials are sent directly to the email address you specified during the posting process.
• External Links: If you provided an applicant tracking system (ATS) or career page link, candidates will be redirected to complete their application on your external platform.
