KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE SCOPE
* Diverse Caseload: Treat pediatric patients from birth through adolescence in a fully equipped sensory and pediatric gym.
* Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Co-treat and partner side-by-side with our in-house Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to build holistic treatment plans.
* Specialized Care Integration: Utilize or develop skills in infant development, torticollis management, or specialized manual therapy techniques.
* Family-Centered Service: Educate and empower parents and caregivers with clear home carryover strategies.

COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS
* Base Salary: $80,000 – $96,000 / year (commensurate with experience & specialty certifications)
